Domestic Shipping Policy
Order Processing and Shipping Times
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Although shipping time is usually 1-3 business days, please allow up to 7 business days for shipping. Orders are not shipped, or guaranteed to be delivered, on weekends or holidays. You can typically expect to receive your Omega Leaf products between 2-5 business days after placing your order.
We send out shipping status updates via email. These updates include tracking and carrier information, along with any relevant order details.
Although extremely rare, if we are experiencing a very high volume of orders, shipments may possibly be delayed up to 2 business days. Under these rare circumstances, please allow additional days in transit for delivery. Although it has not yet occurred with any previous customer order to date, if we foresee a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you immediately via the email or telephone number you provided when placing your order.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
At this time, we exclusively offer FREE 5 – 7 business day shipping for all orders within the United States (except South Dakota, Idaho, and Nebraska), including Alaska, and Hawaii, and excluding all U.S. territories. Delivery delays can occasionally occur. However, order delivery time is usually only 2-5 business days.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Omega Leaf CBD ships to addresses within the U.S., including APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 1-2 business days of the order confirmation email being sent.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Omega Leaf CBD is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Omega Leaf CBD is not liable for any products damaged or lost during the shipping process. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
