Returns/Refund Policy

If you would like to return or exchange any products you’ve ordered from OmegaLeaf CBD,
please Contact Us at team@omegaleafcbd.com with your Order Number and details about the product and why you’re requesting a refund or exchange.  We will respond as promptly as possible (we always try to respond within 1-2 business days), with an RMA # and instructions for how to return an item(s) from your order. Item(s) must be purchased from www.omegaleafcbd.com and returned to us per our RMA instructions for any refund to be issued.  OmegaLeaf CBD reserves the right to deny certain refund and/or exchange requests.  Although expected timeframe is typically less than 2 weeks, please allow up to 4 weeks for your refund to appear in your account, due to shipping, inspection, and bank processing times.

Order Cancellations are only possible for orders that have not yet been shipped. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. Full refunds will be issued for canceled orders that have not yet left our facilities. If you wish to cancel an order after shipment, please follow the refund instructions outlined below.

OmegaLeaf CBD offers full refunds and/or exchanges of equal value for any products purchased within the last 30 days. Customer is only responsible return shipping costs and
for shipping the returned item(s) in a reasonably secure manner.  OmegaLeaf CBD will cover the shipping costs for any exchanges sent back to the customer.  We will also cover all return shipping costs if the return is a result of our own error, such as sending an incorrect or defective item (NOTE: OmegaLeaf CBD takes full measures in securely packaging your order to be able to withstand the shipping process. There would typically be no reason that you should receive an item damaged due to shipping. If you do receive such, please contact the shipping carrier first. If after contacting the shipping carrier, your issue is still unresolved, do not hesitate to contact OmegaLeaf CBD. We truly value each of our customers, and we will always do our best to make things right for you).


OmegaLeaf CBD will inspect your returned order upon receipt.  Upon approval of the inspection procedures, your return will be processed, and a 100% refund will promptly be issued for sealed, unused returned products. For items that have been unsealed and/or used, OmegaLeaf CBD will inspect and test returned
portion for authenticity and purity, and a refund amount will be determined accordingly.  Expected refunds issued for unsealed and/or used products will be pro-rated and will vary accordingly, from 10% – 100% of your original purchase price for that corresponding returned item.
